You can update the account security properties and the login welcome message using the security settings in Oracle FS System Manager.
You can change the following global security settings for system administrator accounts:
Set the number of consecutive failed login attempts that the Oracle FS System allows. When the threshold is exceeded, the system disables the account and writes an entry in the event log. Only a Primary Administrator or an Administrator 1 can re-enable the account. After the account is re-enabled, the system resets the counter upon a successful login. The failed login attempts value must be between 1 and 20.
Set the session time-out so that the Oracle FS System terminates a session after a given period of inactivity. The session time-out value must be between 1 and 999 minutes (the default is 20 minutes).
