Set Event Log Filter Dialog

Creates and modifies the event filters that are configured on the Oracle FS System system.
Event Categories
Identifies a list of event categories. Choose from:
Security

Events to notify of a security problem, such as an unauthorized request.

Audit

Events that track what users are doing, such as the operations that they performed.

System

Events to notify of system problems, such as a missing Drive Enclosure or Controller.

Event Severities
Identifies a list of event types. Choose from:
Informational

Requires no action for events that are information only.

Warning

Requires no immediate action for minor conditions that you can address at your convenience.

Critical

Requires prompt action to prevent system failures or offline conditions.

Event Date Range
Indicates whether to filter events by occurrence date.
Display Events that occur in a date range

Select this option to activate the Beginning date and Ending date options. To filter the events by type and by severity level only, then clear this option.

Beginning date

Specifies the date so that events that occurred on or after this date, and that match the selected filters, are displayed.

Ending date

Specifies the date so that events that occurred on or before this date, and that match the selected filters, are displayed.

Reset to Defaults

Resets the page to default values. Select this option to enable all of the Event Severities and Event Categories and to clear any set date range.
