Update Drive Firmware Dialog

Navigation: Support > Software and Firmware > Actions > Update Drive Firmware

Installs the firmware for all of the selected drive types in the Oracle FS System.

Pending Drive Firmware Updates

Provides information about the drives that match the specifications for the firmware update.

Install?

Indicates whether the Oracle FS System updates the firmware for the selected item.

Drive Type
Indicates the following information about the drive:

  • Manufacturer name

  • Storage capacity

  • Media type: HDD or SSD

The system updates the firmware for all of the drives that match the selected drive types.
Current Firmware Version

Identifies the version number of the drive firmware.

Pending Firmware Version

Identifies the version number of the drive firmware staged for update.
