Clear the System Logs

If you are instructed by Oracle Customer Support, you can delete all of the Controller logs and log bundles from the Oracle FS System.

Prerequisite

Logged in to Oracle FS System Manager (GUI) using the Oracle Support role or the Support role.

Clearing the system logs removes log collections and Controller logs. To remove an individual log bundle, use the Delete Log Bundles option.
Important! Deleting the system logs permanently removes all record of the past system behavior.
  1. Navigate to Support > System Logs.
  2. Select Actions > Clear Logs.
  3. Select the types of logs to delete.
    Valid choices:
    • Controller Logs

    • Log Collections

  4. Click OK.
