Modify a Host Group

You can modify a host group by changing its name, removing SAN host entries, or by assigning SAN host entries to the group.

1. Navigate to SAN > Storage > Hosts.
2. Select Actions > Manage SAN Host Groups.
   Result:The system displays the Manage SAN Host Groups dialog.
3. To change the host group name, select a host group and update the name from the Group tab.
4. To reassign a host to a new host group, select a host and choose a new host group from the Host Group list from the Hosts tab.
5. To remove a host entry from a host group, select the Hosts tab, and then select a host and select [--] from the Host Group list.
   Note: Specify how the LUN mappings are processed for the mapped hosts.
6. Click OK.
