View the Upgrade Paths to the Staged Package

You can review a history of the software and firmware packages that have been staged on your Oracle FS System to see which upgrades are available, as well as whether an upgrade causes Pilot or data disruption.

Note:

For administrator accounts that have the Support or the Oracle Support role, the system displays complete packaging information, including the compatibility matrix for the software and firmware. For all other administrator accounts, the system displays only the release number of the software and firmware.

Navigate to Support > Software and Firmware.
The summary page displays the software and firmware packages currently installed on the Drive Enclosures, Drives, Pilots, and Controllers, as well as any staged software and firmware packages.
Select Actions > View Upgrade Paths to Staged Package.
The Upgrade Paths to Staged Package dialog displays the packages that have been staged to the Pilot.
Verify that the information is what you expect.
If the list shows more than one upgrade version, install the earliest software version first, followed by the subsequent versions.
