  5. BRM sends the account balance to Siebel CRM.

  6. The CSR captures the method of the customer's one-time payment.

  7. The customer's payment institution validates the payment information.

  8. The CSR submits the payment.

  9. BRM processes the payment and requests a confirmation number from the payment institution.

  10. The payment institution sends the confirmation number to BRM.

  11. BRM sends the confirmation number to Siebel CRM.

  12. The CSR receives the confirmation number and shares it with the customer.
