A Siebel CRM user submits an order.
OSM orchestrates the order and sends order information to AIA.
AIA invokes one Siebel CRM web service operation to query the account hierarchy and a different Siebel CRM web service operation to query the account information related to the order.
Siebel CRM sends the requested account information to AIA.
AIA invokes opcodes to create new accounts with hierarchies and billing profiles, or set or change paying parents in BRM.
BRM sends confirmation to AIA.
AIA sends status updates to OSM.
