This screenshot shows the ODI Installer. Under Physical Architecture, on the left-hand side, you see the XML folder that you must expand to see the DVMs used in your ODI flows. For example, AIA Configuration Properties DS. Select each DVM and on the right-hand side you can select the JDBC tab. There are two fields to complete:

In JDBC URL you must append &back_compat_specific_keywords=true to the end of the URL.
