- Gently align the underside of the CPU to the pins on the CPU socket and push down to secure the CPU in the socket.Note: Handle the CPU socket pins with extreme care. CPU socket pins are very fragile. A light touch can bend the CPU socket pins and damage the board beyond repair.
- Swing the CPU pressure frame to its fully closed position.
