To support or troubleshoot Oracle FS Provider for VMware VASA, use the log files.
If the Oracle FS Provider for VMware VASA is not communicating with the Oracle FS System, navigate to the directory where Oracle FS Provider for VMware VASA was installed for information related to the problem.
The logs available from the logs directory are the tools log (vasaTools.log), and the install logs (install.log). The logs in the tomcat/logs directory are the logs for the Tomcat server and the Oracle FS Provider for VMware VASA log (vasa.log).
