Request Attachments

Users who are creating a draft request or who have claimed a submitted request can upload and attach an electronic file to the request. Files up to 8 MB in size can be attached to requests during any stage where the request can be modified. Users can view and download attachments for any request to which they have access via their user roles and workflow node access group membership.

Request attachments can be deleted from a request by the user who added the attachment or by a user with the Data Manager role.

  To add an attachment to a request:

  1. Open a request from the Worklist.

  2. On the Attachments tab, click Add attachment button, browse to and select the file to attach. Optionally, enter a comment, and then click OK.

  To download a request attachment:

  1. Open a request from the Worklist.

  2. On the Attachments tab, click Download button, select to open the file or save the file, and then click OK.

  To delete a request attachment:

  1. Open a request from the Worklist.

  2. On the Attachments tab, click Delete button, and confirm the deletion.
