Web Client Alerts

When a user needs to be notified of request activity, the user receives an alert in the Data Relationship Management Web client. When a user receives an alert, an Alerts link will appear at the top of any Web page. The Alerts link displays a count of alerts to be viewed. Accessing the Alerts link will display the Alerts dialog where the detailed list of alerts can be viewed. If a user currently has an active session in the Web Client, the Alerts link will immediately reflect alerts that have been sent to them.

  To access alerts:

  1. At the top of the Web page, click Alerts.

  2. Click on an alert to view detailed information.

    Note:

    You can clear all alerts by click Clear All.

Note:

When clicking the link to open an Alert, the Request instance page opens showing the current state of the request. All activity for the request is displayed regardless of when the Alert was issued.
