Event Triggers
An Event Trigger activates a PM plan when the number of service requests for an asset exceeds a threshold number in a specified time period. This trigger is useful to activate a higher level PM plan after a certain number of routine PM plans are activated. For example, this trigger can activate a PM plan for a complete overhaul. Currently, the only supported event is the number of service requests in a specified period. The PM plan is activated only for service requests that contain data in the Date Committed field or the Date Closed field.
