Creating Orders for Service Requests (End User)
An engineer might need additional parts to complete an activity for a service request. You can create an order for the service request to obtain these needed parts. This task is a step in Process of Managing Service Requests. To create an order for a service request
- Navigate to the Service screen, then the Service Request List view.
- Drill down on the SR number (#) field for a selected service request, and click the Orders view tab.
- Create a new order record, and complete the fields as appropriate.
