The changerecords_dialog.png shows an example of the Change Records dialog box.
The four main areas of the dialog box are 1st Field to Change, 2nd Field to Change, Third Field to Change and 4th Field to Change.
In all four main areas, there is a Field drop-down list and a Value text box.
