The main features of the window, from top to bottom and left to

right are the title, the x-axis of the chart, six bars of various heights, the legend and the y-axis.

The title of the chart reads "Service Request Aging Analysis by Status (Substatus)." The x-axis of the chart reads "Number of SRs."

The six bars are labeled as follows from left to right with the approximate height of the bar in parenthesis: 1-2 Weeks (5), 2-3 Weeks (20), 3-4 Weeks (2), < 1 Week (5), > 4 Weeks (220), Closed (100).

The legend lists colors representing different statuses for the service requests. The statuses include Close, Closed (Completed), Closed (Declined), Closed (Executed), Closed (Resolved), In Progress (Assigned), Open, Open (Assigned), Open (In Progress), Open (Resolved), Open (Unassigned), Pending, Submitted, and Unspecified.

The y-axis of the chart reads "Number of Weeks."
