Sending Product Issue Follow-Up Information to the Safety System

You can update the submitted product issue record with follow-up information.

To send product issue follow-up information to the safety system

1. Navigate to the Product Issues Screen.
2. Select the Product Issue number (#) for which follow-up information must be sent.
3. Update the Product Issue record with the follow-up information.
4. Select Follow Up in the Reportable list.
5. Click Send to Safety.
