Placing Sample Orders Request

You can place a request for sample orders if your inventory stock runs low. If you attempt to place an order for a product for a quantity greater than the maximum allowable orderable quantity (in Allocations), the application displays a warning message. If you continue to submit an order, an exception flag is set so that the order can be tracked.

To place sample orders

1. Navigate to the Samples screen, then the Samples Orders view.
2. Select Sample Orders from the drop-down list.
3. Create a new record in the list applet.
4. Create line items for the samples that you want to order.
