Mobile Device Management (MDM) Licensing

This topic describes the restrictions on licensing for Siebel Mobile Device Management (MDM) products.

The following product options are available to customers who have purchased Siebel MDM:

• Oracle Activity Hub B2B
• Oracle Field Service Hub B2B
• Oracle Marketing Hub B2B
• Oracle Sales Hub B2B
• Oracle Service Hub B2B
• Oracle Activity Hub B2C
• Oracle Field Service Hub B2C
• Oracle Marketing Hub B2C
• Oracle Privacy Management Policy Hub B2C
• Oracle Sales Hub B2C
• Oracle Service Hub B2C
• Oracle Automotive Captive Finance Customer Hub
• Oracle Case Hub
• Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub
• Oracle Life Sciences Customer Hub
• Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub Data Steward

These options have the license restrictions:

• Customer Hub B2B. The Customer Hub B2B is a bundle that includes two components, Siebel Universal Customer Master B2B and Oracle Customer Data Hub. If you are licensed for Customer Hub B2B then your use of the bundled programs is as defined in your license order. If you are licensed for Siebel Universal Customer Master B2B then your use is limited to the component that you are licensed for and you do not have rights to use the Oracle Customer Data Hub. If you are licensed for Oracle Customer Data Hub then your use is limited to the component that you are licensed for and you do not have rights to use the Siebel Universal Customer Master B2B.
• Customer Hub B2C. The Customer Hub B2C is a bundle that includes two components, Siebel Universal Customer Master B2C and Oracle Customer Data Hub. If you are licensed for Customer Hub B2C then your use of the bundled programs is as defined in your license order. If you are licensed for Siebel Universal Customer Master B2C then your use is limited to the component that you are licensed for and you do not have rights to use the Oracle Customer Data Hub. If you are licensed for Oracle Customer Data Hub then your use is limited to the component that you are licensed for and you do not have rights to use the Siebel Universal Customer Master B2C.
• Customer Hub Data Steward. The Customer Hub Data Steward is a bundle that includes two components, Siebel Customer Data Steward and Oracle Customer Data Librarian. If you are licensed for Customer Hub Data Steward then your use of the bundled programs is as defined in your license order. If you are licensed for Siebel Customer Data Steward then your use is limited to the component that you are licensed for and you do not have rights to use the Oracle Customer Data Librarian. If you are licensed for Oracle Customer Data Librarian then your use is limited to the component that you are licensed for and you do not have rights to use the Siebel Customer Data Steward.
