Optional Step: Configuring Store-and-Forward Messaging Workflows


Siebel Store-and-Forward Messaging provides the following preconfigured workflows, which are accessed through the Administration - Business Process > Workflow Deployment screen:

  • Dispatch Board - Generic
  • SAF Activity
  • SMQ PreDelete FS Invoice Record
  • SMQ Delete FS Invoice Record
  • SMQ Outbound Delete in Action Business Object
