Configuring the NetChart Server

To enable data decay functionality, you must have installed the Siebel edition of NetChart server and set the server parameters. Following the successful installation and setup, perform the following task to make sure that certain parameters are set.

To configure the NetChart server

  1. In the Siebel Server installation, change the Siebel Server parameter.
  2. Update the following ServerDataSrc named subsystem parameters:
    • DSChartServer. Set this value to the ChartServerInstallMachineName with the port number set to the default of 8001.
    • DSChartImageFormat. Set this value to PNG.
