Determining Whether a Customer Is Enrolled
Call center agents sometimes must verify whether a customer is enrolled in the electronic bill payment application of your company. To determine whether a customer is enrolled
- In Siebel Finance, navigate to the Contacts screen, then the Contacts List view.
- In the visibility filter, select All Contacts.
- In the Contacts list, select the contact.
- In the Contacts form applet, click the show more button.
If the Bill Pay Enrolled field is checked, then the customer is enrolled.
