You normally print periodic reports on a schedule that coincides with governmental, industry, or union reporting requirements. If necessary, you can print and review these reports more often.

Governmental reports provide information that satisfies state, local, and federal requirements. Job, trust, and union reports are mainly used to satisfy government and union reporting requirements.
