Viewing OTBI Enterprise Service Status and Metrics

Administrators monitor OTBI Enterprise service status and view usage metrics in My Services.

To view your service status and service metrics:
  1. Log in to My Services.
    In the My Services Dashboard, the current status for the OTBI Enterprise and associated Storage service are displayed. Important metrics for current status for the last week, number of failures per day, data load time per day, and percentage uptime are also directly available in the dashboard. Red exclamation icons indicate service outages and graphs provide direct access to information about current and historical service status, uptime, and Data Load Times for the OTBI Enterprise service.

  2. Click the OTBI-Enterprise link to open the service details.
    In the Service Details, you can easily view uptime and number of outages, and view historical service status metrics in a chart by month, quarter, and year. To select a view, click its link above the chart. To change the timeframe in the service status, click the link for Month, Quarter, or Year View.

  3. Click Metrics to view tabular reports on data load failures and usage metrics, including Unique BI Users and the percentage of allocated database tablespace used by the OTBI Enterprise database.
