We recommend that you take a snapshot of your environment before people start using the system and again at suitable intervals so you can restore the environment if something goes wrong.

You can download and store snapshots on a local file system and upload them back to your system if they are required to restore content. This feature is also useful if you want to move data from a development or test environment to a production environment. Always upload snapshots to the same service that created the snapshot.
You can keep up to 10 snapshots online and download as many as you want.
