Preface

This guide explains how to configure Oracle Communications ASAP using Service Activation Configuration Tool (SACT), ASAP services using XML, ASAP security, and dynamic network element (NE) routing. It also describes how to use stored procedures for configuring ASAP services, system events and alarms, service request processors (SRPs), network elements, and network element processors (NEPs).

Audience

This document is intended for system administrators, system integrators, and other individuals who need to maintain and work with ASAP.
