This figure shows inheritance of V LAN I D from T L S.
In the M P L S network there are two T L S's connected to a P E router which is connected to L2 Site A.
Frames are forwarded across the relevant T L S in the correct V C L S P based on the V LAN I D in the packet.
A separate customer profile is configured for each customer at the P E router.
T L S A V P L S service, port and V LAN based with V LAN I D2 are applied to L2 Site A.
Site A is an L2 site with no V LAN I D defined. The V LAN I D is inherited from the parent T L S.
