Configuring Classification Fields, Resource Pulldown Values and Alignment Pulldown Values

Click the Application Configuration tab.
In the Classification Fields, Resource Pulldown Values, or Alignment Pulldown Values section, click the value you want to create.
You will see a list of the existing values for that category. For example, if you chose Functional Area, you will see a list of the functional areas that have already been defined in the system.
Click the Create a New Functional Area button.
Enter a name for the value.
Select the status (Valid, Archived or Invalid).
Click Create.
