The Project Dashboard displays project specific information for all projects and initiatives within the system. In most EnterpriseTrack installations you can view:
Project timelines by project number and month
Total finances for all projects
Project metrics: primary, baseline and target
Open activities for all projects
Open tasks for all projects
Open issues for all projects
To view the Project dashboard
Click on My Dashboards in the left navigation bar. Select Project Dashboard from the Select Dashboard: pull-down menu.
Click the graphs and individual rows to view greater levels of detail. You can further drill down to view project and proposal level information from here.
Position your mouse over a particular section of the graph to view details about that section.
Click the Edit Component Filters button to edit the display component setting for each graph.
Click the Maximize button to view the graph in full-screen mode. Click the Restore button to toggle back from the full-screen mode.
