Display Telemarketing Window in Order Entry (H02)

Purpose: Use this screen to define whether a telemarketing special window displays automatically when you select Accept after entering items in order entry.

Yes/No field: Select this field to have a telemarketing special window appear automatically when select Accept after you have entered items in order entry. This window, which allows you to upsell the customer with selected items, appears after any default pay type window that might appear if the Default Previous Pay Type in Order Entry (D64) system control value is selected.

Note: The Telemarketing Specials window does not appear automatically unless you select Accept at the Work with Order Lines Screen (Adding Items to the Order).

The Select Telemarketing Specials by Item Category (F35) system control value controls the flow of the screens related to telemarketing specials in order entry or order maintenance.

• If this system control value is unselected, you advance directly to the Telemarketing Specials Window, where you can review detail information for each item or SKU and/or add it to the order.

• If this system control value is selected, you must advance through the Select Item Category Pop-up Window and Display Telemarketing Items Window before you reach the Telemarketing Specials Window. See If Displaying by Item Category.
