Print Company Address on Statements (D58)

Purpose: Use this screen to define whether the system should print the company address on accounts receivable (A/R) statements.

Yes/No field: Select this field if you want the system to retrieve the address from the Company table (see Setting Up Companies (WCMP)) and print it on statements to your A/R customers. This might be useful if you are in a multi-company environment and it is easier to use statement forms without a preprinted company address.

Printing the company address works only if you are using a statement printing program that supports this function.

Leave this field unselected if you do not want the system to print the company address.
