Packer Statistics Report

Purpose: Use this report to review the productivity of packers for a given time frame.

How to print: Complete the Print Packer Statistics Report Screen.

For more information: See the sample report in PDF format.

Which packers are listed on the report? You have the option of generating the report for a single packer. Otherwise, if you leave the Packer field blank at the Print Packer Statistics Report Screen, the report lists the user ID’s of all packers who have used pick/pack verification during the selected date range.

Note: This report is also available as a .csv (comma-separated value) file, which you can open in a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel®. See Reports Available in CSV (Spreadsheet) Format for more information.

Contents:

Date range: The date range selected at the Print Packer Statistics Report Screen

Report: Indicates the user ID of the packer, if any, selected at the Print Packer Statistics Report Screen; otherwise, indicates All Packers. In this case, all packers who have used pick/pack verification in the selected date range are listed.

• For each packer listed on the report:

Packer: the Name of the packer, as specified in Working with User Records (WUSR)

# of picks: the total number of pick slips scanned by the packer at the Work with Pick Pack Verification Screen. If the packer attempted to pack the same pick slip more than once, each attempt counts here as an additional pick slip.

# of units: the total number of units successfully scanned and not unpacked; however, units scanned are still counted toward the total even if the entries are rejected at the Pick Pack Verification Screen

Total time (HH): the total number of hours spent by the packer in the date range.

Note: The Total time is presented as a decimal and not broken out by minutes. For example, if the packer spent an hour and a half packing, the Total time is listed as 1.50, not as 1:30 or 1.30.

Average time (HH:MM:SS): The average amount of time (in hours, minutes, and seconds) that the packer spent packing each pick slip. Calculated by dividing the Total time by the # of picks.

Note: Unlike the Total time, the Average time is presented in HH:MM:SS format, without any leading zeroes for hours if the average time is less. For example, if the Total time is 1.50 (one and a half hours), and the # of picks is 6, then the Average time is 15:00 (fifteen minutes).

Average # of units: The average number of units packed per pick slip attempted for packing. Calculated by dividing the # of units by the # of picks. For example, if the packer attempted to pack a single pick slip twice, and there were 10 units scanned for the pick slip each time before the packer rejected entry at the Pick Pack Verification Screen, the Average # of units is 5 (2 / 10).
