Maximum SKUs Report

Purpose: Use this report to review primary pickable locations in the warehouse specified on the Print Primary Capacity Reports Screen whose Maximum SKUs is greater than the number of items/SKUs associated with the location, indicating you can assign this location as the primary primary location to additional items/SKUs.

The system uses records in the Item Location table to determine the number of items/SKUs associated with a location.

Whs: The code and description for the warehouse you selected on the Print Primary Capacity Reports Screen. From Warehouse in the SKU table and Warehouse name in the Warehouse table.

Primary Location: A primary pickable location in the specified warehouse whose Maximum SKUs is greater than the number of items/SKUs associated with the location. From Location in the SKU table.

Max SKUs: The number of items/SKUs that can be placed in the location. From Max SKUs in the Location table.

Current SKUs: The sum of all items/SKUs in the SKU table whose Warehouse matches the warehouse you selected on the Print Primary Capacity Reports Screen and whose Location is the same. 0 displays if the location is not defined as a primary primary location for any items/SKUs in the SKU table.

Slotting Group: The code and description of the slotting group assigned to the location. From the Slotting group in the Location table. The setting of the Item Classification for Slotting Groups (L82) system control value defines whether you use item category or item class to set up slotting groups.

• If set to ITMCAT, you use item category to define slotting groups. The slotting group description is from Item category description in the Item Category table.

• If set to ITMCLS, you use item class to define slotting groups. The slotting group description is from ICL Description in the Item Class table.

Velocity Rank: The velocity rank assigned to the location. From Velocity rank in the Location table.

Bin Type: The code and description of the bin type assigned to the location. From Bin type in the Location table and Description in the Location Bin Type table.

Loc Frz: Y indicates the location and its merchandise is frozen. From Freeze in the Location table.

Location Class: The code and description of the location class assigned to the location. From LCL Location class in the Location table and LCL Description in the Location Class table.
