This figure the flow of data between users and the Web server infrastructure. It has two parts: the server response time, and the network response time. At the point where the page request is detected by RUEI, such things as the client and server IP addresses, the cookie/session ID, referrer, and time/date are captured. When the server response is seen by RUEI, it can see the response, any server/Web site error, its size, and time/date. The following network-related information is also available: was it delivered/aborted/timeouted, and the time/date.
