The shortcuts in the tables in this topic are shown according to the actions they perform. The context column indicates where in the application each action would be used. Keyboard shortcuts are based on application context, or focus rules. If the corresponding command is not available in the application, the shortcut is not active.
Depending on how your Siebel application is configured, the browser that you are using and the focus of the editable controls, keyboard shortcuts might behave differently. The behavior is largely controlled by the parameter settings. For more information about parameters that control the behavior of keyboard shortcuts, see Accessibility Guide for Siebel Business Applications.
Note: The keyboard shortcuts described in this topic come with the Siebel application provided by Oracle. If your Siebel administrator has reconfigured these shortcuts, your keyboard shortcuts will be different. Depending on the browser that you use, it might be necessary to change the default keyboard shortcuts in your browser preferences, or in your Siebel Business application.Contact your Siebel administrator if you encounter any difficulties using your keyboard shortcuts. |
Keyboard shortcuts can be grouped into categories. The keyboard shortcuts for each category appear in separate tables in this chapter.
