Viewing Calendar Activities

You can view and manage activities in the daily, weekly, or monthly view of your calendar.

To view activities in the daily, weekly, or monthly view

1. Navigate to the Calendar screen.

   The calendar appears, showing the Daily view.

2. Click the Weekly or Monthly tab to change the view.

   
   

   Tip: In the Daily and 5 Day Weekly views, arrows appear at the top and bottom of the view to indicate that you have appointments that cannot currently be seen in the calendar. You can scroll up or down to view these appointments. Figure 12-3 shows an example of one of these arrows.

You can specify any of the calendar views as your default view in the Calendar screen. See "Setting Up Default Calendar Views".
