About Samples Views in Siebel Pharma Handheld

Siebel Pharma Handheld contains these main screens related to samples:

• Samples. Navigate to this screen to drill down further into the Sample History view.
• Sample Management. Navigate to this screen to adjust sample transaction records, such as correcting quantities dropped off, or to display your on-hand inventory count. This screen has four views as follows:
  • Received Samples: Navigate to this view to acknowledge the receipt of a samples transfer or to display a list of receipts, and to review receipt details.
  • Sent Samples: Navigate to this view to create a transfer, to display a list of transfers to or from your inventory, and to review transfer details.
  • Disbursements: Navigate to this view to display samples involved in all the Sample Drop transactions, and to make adjustments to them.
  • Adjustments: Navigate to this view to make adjustments such as Found, Lost, Initial Count, or Request.
• Samples Receipts. Navigate to this screen to acknowledge the receipt of a samples transfer or to display a list of receipts, and to review receipt details.
• Samples Transfers. Navigate to this screen to create a transfer, to display a list of transfers to or from your inventory, and to review transfer details.
• Samples Orders. Navigate to this screen to create an order for samples, to display a history of orders, and to review order details.
