Viewing Solutions to Medical Requests

Professionals can view available solutions on the Physician Portal by clicking the Medical Requests tab.

To view solutions

1. Click the Medical Requests tab.

   The Medical Requests page appears.

2. Click the link in the MR Number field of a medical request for more detail, such as solutions, attachments, and updates.
