Displaying Calls Created by Other Representatives

Sales representatives can use the Call Planning screens to display calls created by other representatives.

NOTE:  The following procedure shows you how to display calls created by other representatives in the Accounts Contacts Call Planning view, but the procedure is similar when using the Account Call Planning or Contact Call Planning view.

To display calls created by other representatives

1. Navigate to the Calendar screen, then the Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen.
2. Navigate through the calendar view.

   All entries in grey represent calls created by other representatives.
