Siebel PRM Wireless Client

In addition to using the Siebel PRM Portal on computers through the Siebel Web Client, your partners can use the Siebel PRM Portal mobile phones through the Siebel Wireless Client.

Because of the limited screen size of mobile phones, Siebel Wireless displays only a subset of each Siebel Web Client view.

For example, with the wireless Siebel PRM Portal partners can manage accounts, opportunities, service requests, orders, contacts, solutions, activities, correspondence, and general information. For more information on the Siebel Wireless Client, see Siebel Wireless Administration Guide.
