• Then, you can share opportunities, service requests, and other business information with partner employees as you do with your own employees.

  • The communications, media, or energy company's employees work with this information using Siebel Communications Partner Manager, Siebel Media Partner Manager, Siebel Energy Partner Manager, or Siebel Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Partner Manager, which let them manage this information in the same way they do using their Siebel Business Application.

  • Partner employees view and work with this information using Siebel Partner Portal.

• The communications, media, or energy company can also use Partner Manager to:

  • Send alerts, information about special promotions, and Web messages to partners.
