About Responsibilities and Views

The Responsibilities view of the Administration - Application screen shows responsibilities and associated views. Administrators can assign responsibilities to users using the same procedure that they use to assign responsibilities for other Siebel Business Applications. For example, they can create a responsibility for agents that includes the views that agents can use to complete work tasks. For more information, see Siebel Security Guide.
