Making Attributes Available for Local Conditions

Use the following procedure to configure Siebel Territory Management to make attributes available for local conditions. For more information, see Configuring Additional Attributes for Territory Conditions.

To make additional attributes available for local conditions

  1. In Oracle's Siebel Tools, create a new workflow policy column record that points to the database column on which the condition attribute is based.
  2. In the Workflow Policy Object table, add a new workflow policy component column under the corresponding workflow policy component under Workflow Policy Object.

If the Workflow Policy component has not already been created for that table, create it.

  3. Create a new assignment attribute and a new assignment attribute column.
  4. In the Siebel Business application, navigate to the Administration - Data screen, then the List of Values view.
  5. Add a new value to the attribute list of values.
