Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) Master Data Management Reference > Configuring Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) to Resolve Duplicate Records > Administering Duplication Resolution Functionality > Managing Duplicate Records from External Systems with Link and UpdateDuplicate records in Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) are identified and listed in the Incoming Duplicates screen. This screen displays incoming record updates from external systems that match one existing record within Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) below the automatic update threshold or match to multiple existing records within Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) above the manual update threshold. Administrators can evaluate the records and decide whether to update through one of two ways: Link and Update, or Suspect Match. When updating records by selecting the Link and Update button, Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) does the following:
