Siebel Public Sector eService is a Web portal that enables citizens to perform the following tasks:

• Determine benefits that apply to them and apply for those benefits.
• View information about their cases and update those cases with additional information.
• Request appointments and appeals for their cases.
• Report incidents to public sector agencies and view reported incidents.
