Registering on Siebel Public Sector eService


Citizens must register in the Siebel Public Sector eService Web site if they want to manage applications, manage cases, and view reported incidents. When you register, you provide personal and contact information about yourself, and you create a user ID and password for yourself.

To complete the registration process, you must enter data in all fields that have a star icon. At any time during this process, you can click the Cancel button to stop the process and not create a registration record.

To register on Siebel Public Sector eService

  1. In the Siebel Public Sector eService Web site, click New User in the User Login applet on the home page.
  2. In the Personal Information applet, enter the appropriate data, and click Next.
  3. In the Contact Information applet, enter the appropriate data, and click Next.
  4. In the Usage Terms applet, click I agree.

    You must agree to the usage terms to register on the site.

  5. In the Registration Confirmation applet, click Finish.
