Administrators and Power Users can manage Form Templates.
Manage Form Template screen sections:
Top section shows all form template definitions.
The bottom left section shows the attribute details for the selected form template.
The bottom right section shows the forms from the selected form template.
On the far right, the Filter section enables users to specify criteria to filter down the list of templates. See Filtering Views in Supplemental Data Manager
