You can integrate in real-time with the general ledger to eliminate the need for reconciliation.

(Release 9.2 Update) With the addition of the Revenue Recognition for Real Estate Management system, you can identify transactions in the Real Estate Management system that should be included in revenue recognition processing, and send them to the Accounts Receivable system for processing.

(Release 9.2 Update) With the addition of the balance sheet lessee accounting feature, the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Real Estate Management system integrates with the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Fixed Assets system, enabling you to enter asset records for non-property assets in the Fixed Asset system, and then process them through the balance sheet lessee accounting process in the Real Estate Management system.
