Steps:
The Changing Fonts topic was originally recorded without all of the text selected in the WordPad document. You want to replace ALL the screenshots with ones showing a document with all the text selected.
Step 1Select the frame where you want to start re-recording. In this example, we want to start recording from the Start frame, which is already selected.
Step 2Start the re-record process.
Click the Edit menu.
Step 3Click the Re-record Topic command.
Step 4The re-record process starts and the Re-recorder opens. The WordPad application has been set up for you on the appropriate screen.
Step 5We have moved the Re-recorder to the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 6Activate the WordPad application.
Click the NewCustomer.rtf - WordPad title bar to activate it.
Step 7Press [PrintScreen] to capture the Start frame.
Step 8To re-record a topic, you follow the instructions listed in the right pane in the Re-recorder window, pressing PrintScreen after each step.
Step 9Click the Home tab.
Step 10Press [PrintScreen].
Step 11Click the Font list button.
Step 12Press [PrintScreen].
Step 13You can add frames while re-recording a topic.
Step 14You can also change the steps while recording.
Although the original recording changed the font from Arial to Times New Roman, we are going to record changing the font to Arial.
Step 15Enter the desired information into the Font field. Enter "Arial".
Step 16Press [PrintScreen].
Step 17The Re-recorder closes automatically when you re-record the last frame in the topic.
Step 18View the first recorded frame.
Click first F frame.
Step 19View the End frame.
Click the E frame.
Step 20The re-recorded screenshot appears in the End frame.
